TJ-- go with either ROW M030 springs or H&R -- many reports of Eibach springs sagging despite their warranty - FYI

Another VERY important thing to consider is that there are m030 USA and ROW versions. I assume that most throw around the m030 tag and assume folks know that it is the ROW. But I didn't and thankfully worked through the differences with Mike prior to buying the m030 ROW springs. I saw an internet posting that clearly showed the differences between the two and they were significant.
Just a quick throw in here for those that are trying to wrap their heads around change possibilities AND those, like me, that sought lightly used springs as opposed to going with new ones.

As far as the options available, I also drive aggressively and the HDs do a great job. I do AX and DE and provided you've got the right alignment setup, you may not need to go beyond this unless you plan on spending lots of time at the track.

I cannot speak to the stiffness as that was not discussed in the article.

Still looking for data.
