There was an S in Vesuvio for sale here in the Bay Area for $52K a month ago. IIRC, 30K or so miles. I didn't see it in person but it was presented well and the pics looked great. They were even in proportion

I am probably biased as Veusvio is my dream color... but given the choice, well...

That said, good luck with the sale! Sounds like an excellent example.

Whenever I'm sitting in my car I feel like I'm in a sea of darkness(I'm the 3rd owner, and I think all the decent 993s on sale at the time had black interior). It gets even weirder when I'm wearing my black leather jacket. I feel like Darth Vader in my car LOL

that one isn't just better it is a lot better.

Add in the $4k in complete factory Euro suspension upgrade
you can get a better suspension cheaper...i'm not sure factory suspension (euro or otherwise) would be much of an advantage on this board.

Here's one for same price offered by RPM here in Houston. This one is nicer IMO only because I like this color combo better. BUT, also, this one has less than 11,000 miles.

That said, after doing a search for a car in similar condition, the price is not too far off the mark. People ask a lot of money for low mileage cars, not sure that they get what they are asking, but listed price is way up there. Not worth it to me, and most people, but maybe to someone.

Black interiors just seem all-business to me and very appropriate for the mission at hand.

Group911, you should know that the third Friday of every month is known as Tough Crowd Fridays.

Mark, i agree on the black interior. It's my fav too. As a matter of fact, if this white car would have a full black leather interior and some Ruf wheel 5 spoke wheels .... then I would say the car would look much, much cooler, IMO.

So when does the tough crowd show up?
By the way, has anyone seen all the pictures yet?

Not to jump on the tough crowd bandwagon, but that second digit on the odometer looks like a "2" to me. Sub 20,000 miles?

Interesting to see such strong opinions on the car without having seen all the photo's or the actual car.
Stimulating discussion going here though.

lister john velasco (local socal car) has an amazing gp white w/ gray int. c4s that's for sale. factory white 18" turbo hollows, big reds, turbo s ducts, split grill & pss9 for mid 40's. OH & original radio/cd changer...

Guys, help me out here. I've had a few 911's, but the last was a 964 C4. I'm thinking about a 993 or 997.

Yes, I like the 993 look better, and the sound better, but as used 997's drop in price (here's one in the 50's), low-mile 993's look VERY expensive for a car that's literally ten years older!

No matter how wonderful a ten year old car is, it's still ten years old (or in this case, twelve). These mid-$40's and up prices just seem irrationally high.

I do like white, though.......

Had me going there. That picture was taken Thursday and it actually reads "19998". Technically sub 20k but we'll call it 20k just for good measure. Anything else??
