Also considering getting one depending on shipping costs to Australia.

Quoted about $150.00 for shipping! This sucks as I like the brace.

My quote for shipping was crazy too so I arranged my own for about half the price.

FYI, despite not showing on their website, Perfect Power do have a few of these in stock. The price is higher than before, $450 plus shipping. This bar however has several advantages over anything else I’ve found in the marketplace, especially the many hinged bars. I wanted one of these back when I had my first 993, but didn’t pull the trigger. Wish I had because they are now $150 pricier. Oh well. It’s arriving soon.

If any of you earlier posters are still here, how do you feel about the bar at this higher price? Would you still do it?

Editing to add, no relation, not a shill, I paid full price.

I recently emailed Perfect Power (through the online form) and Jeff called back within about 30 minutes. He was very helpful. Maybe you caught them on an off day?

Just call. They pick up quick. However, my first contact was through their online form.

Thank you for the heads up, I just started looking for one of these. Their 'contact us' form sends a note to the owner so it's probably more efficient to just call Jeff. He mentioned he had a few (4 to 5?) available when he took my money this morning.
