The sizes on my TechArt Daytona's are 18"x8.5" ET 40 and 18"x11" ET 52.
We run up to a 9" wide and 12" wide on 993 WB's (like on the car below) so the TechArt's are not too aggressive for the 993 WB.

I checked the whole thread through. In my mind there's absolutely no doubt that the original Cup wheels and Turbo Twists are the best looking wheels on a 993.

For me BBS E88/E28 with gold center, will always be the best looking wheel on a 993, but with my E28 on a long term refurbish DIY, I got myself a new set of wheel. To my pleasant surprise they looked much beter than expected.
