Thanks.

The car is approximately 10mm below ROW height based on rough measurements underneath the car.

I have between 1/2 finger gap in the front and 1 finger gap in the rear between the tire and fender.

I’m running M030 springs with Bilstein B6 HDs. There’s 1 inch left of thread on the shock bodies to go lower.

I have several hours into the fenders and rear quarters. No spacers. Centers are the 108s with 2.5” lips all around and 7”/ 8.5” barrels IIRC. Camber is a bit over -3deg.
Wow talk about aggressive for a NB. Nice work.

What exactly did you have to do to the fenders to make this work?

Wow, that is beautiful, man!!! Like retro-modern, sporty and utilitarian! Love the look; well done!

Fwiw, I've always maintained that wheels/tires that "fit" the car are far more important than what size, and yours reinforces this. As one who proudly wears his original 17" Cup II, I applaud you!

Happy 2023 everyone.
It’s been 5 years since switching from Brombachers to Tramonts.
The deep dished Tramonts still complete the look on the C2S for me, even though Brombachers were noticeably better to drive on.

Thanks, they are stock Porsche 16" rims from a 97-04 Boxter. 986 Boxster Wheels 6x16 ET50 & 7x16 ET40 99636211200 99636211400

I do have to run a small spacer in the front to help clear the caliper..

Front: 205/55R-16 MICHELIN X-ICE SNOW XL Rear: 215/55R-16 MICHELIN X-ICE SNOW XL

I had them powder coated black to deal with the salt and stuff out here-

I have another set, in silver- with Blizzaks - PM me if interested-

Hi - what spacer did you need on the front please?

Thanks!

I used a 5mm aluminum spacer, something like
this this
but tolerancing between the caliper top and the inside rim lip is pretty close (as you can see in my photo) -But after a few seasons and different snows, I never had a issue...
If I were to do it again, I'd probably opt for a 7 mm.. The back wheels clear with no interference. And no spacers needed....

To be honest if I do get some 16s, I'd probably choose some D90s in 7 and 8, but it's great to know what actually works on a 993.

D90's also need a 5MM spacer to clear the front (black) brakes (have since switched to RS big reds). I had a beater set on my car when it went in for the color change. Would probably need a much bigger spacer to get them looking anywhere near as good as Coleman's setup there. They were very tucked front and rear.
