Chris,
Oh yeah... now I recall... the rosamond address trick.
Fill,
I want Rufus to have all the Ruf body work (to be complete). The car has a Roook (I think, maybe Ruf?) hi-flow cat and Roook mufflers. I'll probably put the muffler bypasses on.

Fill,
It has the Porsche, stock USA turbo bumpers, front and rear. The Ruf front bumper/spiltter got cracked and was removed... it is being shipped to me to see if it can be repaired and refitted. If that works, I'll get the ruf rear bumper, and the a-piller aero thingees. The Ruf badges were supposed to be shipped by the previous owner, but so far, nada. Paint is not a problem for a good shop.

Steve;
I've really enjoyed your RUFUS saga. Glad you finally have it. When I saw your photos of RUFUS, I had to run out to the garage to make sure my car was still here. Then I remembered, mine is only a slightly modified Turbo and not in the same league.
Enjoy

She looks very nice Steve. From the side view, the body looks straight and true. Congrats and enjoy. Keep it under light speed, for the first week anyway.
Enjoy.
Enjoy.

Steve, Congrats on the new ride. All it needs is your TLC and it will be just as clean as Waldo.... Especially after you take the mods you have off Waldo and put them in Rufus

Hal,
I've seen you car at a few events, and have always admired the looks and the great finish. It'll take some work to get Rufus into that shape... but boy, he drives great! I'm hoping to have the Ruf front bumper/splitter repaired and refitted... else we'd look like twins!
Scott,
Waldo is most likely to end up with a fellow Rennlister, so I have to leave all the goodies on the car. I sure do miss that RS short shifter, and the clean lines of the Euro front bumper with the clear corners (Waldo has, Rufus does not). More $$$ to be spent.

Too bad Steve re the transport... My baby goes on one on Wednesday and my heart flutters just thinking about it!
Rufus looks amazing, I'm sure with your love and care he will be shining very soon...
Re the mods...look at it this way, it is boring when you are done, so now you have the chance to go back to the slope one more time and experience the thrilling ride! Not sure if your better half will be happy though
How are the Ruf seats?

Ruf seats? I wish. No, this has the factory seats and factory option (large) carbon fiber interior package. They used the Ruf floor mats and the Ruf alum pedals (but no dead pedal). These seats are different than Waldo, but I'm not sure how. Waldo seems to fit me better. I dunno... I don't have Waldo back to compare.
