Steve,

What dirt? Looks all shiny to me. A warm welcome to another RUF to the California clan. Definitely need more of a write up after you enjoyed more seat time.

Beautiful, Steve. I wonder, why no "Ruf" logo on the tail?

Best of luck with her. Another beauty. The bucking bronco method never worked for me on stuck seats. I removed the drive shaft (very easy). Ground the end of an an old, thin 8" screwdriver to fit the square drive at the back of the seat and freed the drive easily.

Hope your neighbors are better than oldguys! "Honey - did you see that Steve bought a matching Porsche - he must be dealing in _ _ _ _ _!" Good job on the new car, I can't wait till mine is delivered!

Wow, Steve. I am in awe!!! Not only a beautiful Ruf, but a gorgeous Waldo in the wings ...for a moment anyway. Boy do I wish I had the means to take Waldo! As others have said in previous threads, take pics of both together. This is a once-in-a-lifetime deal! Enjoy in the best of health, Steve!!

Default Steve

Always Remember you bought it for a song......FORGET WHAT THE SELLER PAID ON EBAY.....they say a blind pig will even find a truffle....the seller to you had keen vision and was at the right tree....I think he gave it away for a quick buck or two ( Must not know the value of a large truffle)

Tell us you didn't Horseless Carriage or Intercity

Your Fun Is just beginning....Enjoy the Porsche in good health

Thanks everyone. Since Rufus is a 100,000 mile car, and not as pristine as Waldo, I decided to ship him open and cheap. Too bad about the tow hook. I rubbed out some of the marks, so now there is just a small dent and a scratch. I gave Rufus a good washing to get familiar with his flaws. Not too bad, just not as nice as Waldo.

It came with a very stupid cell phone holder and outside antenna. That has to go immeadiately. There is a built-in valentine one radar, that works, but the main display unit never lights up to show the direction arrows. There is another light that goes off, but I'd kinda like to see those arrows work!

Chris... we gotta get after that door click thing. What was our deal?

Waldo is awaiting Kevin's Stage One turbos. I know I'm going to be sorry I am selling Waldo... he's in such great shape. Had I known I was gonna do the turbos, I never would have purchased Rufus. Rufus will be complete when he has the correct Turbo R body work and the Ruf badging. It may take a year, but I'll get there.

What do you mean the car is not complete?
