Default C4S suspension for a C2 - will it work better?

Hello everyone,

I've run into someone who replaced the suspension on his C4S and is looking to sell the shocks/springs and sway bars to me. For what I understand the C4S suspension is the same as the Turbo.

I've only had my 95 cab for a few months and was wondering if changing my suspension to the C4S would be an improvement in handling.

Thanks in advance.

FYI

Here is a picture of the suspension. If I were to buy it, what would be a reasonable price for the 4 shocks/springs and sway bars? Thanks again.

I'd buy the swaybars if they were cheap...say $50-75. Don't bother with the stock TT suspension - not that good plus wrong spring rates.

Plus the shocks are probably dead. The sways are only slightly larger or the same size. Turbo has bigger sways.

Don't waste your time and money. The only possible gain is if your current shocks are not as wasted as the C4s. Most likely both are worn out. You're not going to gain anything noticeable.

The shocks : forget them
Sway bars : I would check if they are bigger then the one you have...not sure.
front: 993 343 707 00 = 21mm
993 343 707 01 = 22mm (turbo, M030)
993 343 707 04 = 20mm (M491)

rear: 993 333 701 01 = 18mm
993 333 701 03 = 20mm (M030, M030/Turbo)
993 333 707 81 = ??? ( RS)

The springs, there is a colour code on them to figure out which they are. I'm don't know them, but do a search here, I'm sure it has been discussed before.

Based on all your comments, I've decided not to buy them. Thanks to all for your input.
