CP, I liked it so much I did make it my wallpaper.

If you want, I can send you the 1024x800 version that I made for my wallpaper or if you have a monitor with a different resolution, I can made one to fit too...

Default More SB Pix

Hope you enjoy some more Pix of Today's BAR. Had a lot of funny meeting new folks and thanks for the nice ROCK Chip in my windshield I think I drop 40 bucks on the floor at the restaurant so whoever picked it up it's MINE! But other than that I had a great time. Thanks Jim for setting up this awesome BAR.

Sorry to hear about the mis-hap CK! But I'm really glad you're ok and the Good Lord was definitely watching over you.

Thanks for the messages and condolences, all. I'm just thankful i'm not hurt/dead and that my girlfriend wasn't along because, as you can see from the pics, the passenger would probably have been hurt. Although I think it is a testiment to Porsche's design that I rolled a cabriolet with no roll bar and wasn't the least bit hurt.

Katrina has put a 1 year moratorium on new toys but i'll be back soon enough, hopefully with another 968 or a 964/993. In the meantime, I guess i have a lot more time to work on my 944 project/track car and concentrate on finishing up law school.

It was great to see all the beautiful cars, especially the 993TT's, 996GT3's, 993RUF, etc.. I did have a great time on the highways between San Jose and Hollister. I just can't believe no one got a ticket! I especially enjoyed the fact that with the cabrio top down, I could still hear the 996GT3 Cup car accellerating about a half a mile or more ahead of me. Is that thing street legal!??!?

Here's a couple pics of my deceased car from before the wreck as a parting shot. The first one was taken by Dave at our first P-Car run...

And from our 968 gathering last weekend:

And how i'll always like to remember it: chasing down some unsuspecting slow driver on some windy roads.

Hey is that restaurant you ate at there by the side of the road in a winding wooded valley road area near a stream??? When in San Jose to see my uncle, we went on a drive and stopped there. GREAT burgers there!! Very nice location if same place. Looks like it as I remember those outdoor tables.

It's right on the ocean immediately off Hwy 1, not in a valley. If it was the same restaurant, I think you'd remember the ocean view rather than stream.

Yeah but is there a stream? I think the one Im thinking of was on our way to Monterey. The place looks exactly the same though. I got some pics somewhere.

Don't think so, and it's way past Monterey, about 1/2 hour or more.
