Is there any Top Gear episode with the 993?
Is there any reviews of the 993 (any version) in any Top Gear episode? I believe I actually saw one on TV a very long time ago, where Tiff flies with the 993TT over a crest so sparks fly. Anyone seen this one?! Is it to find somewhere?

I remember that episode.. with the dark red TT. I think it's probably too old to be anywhere online these days (nearly 10 years ago now!). Shame as I'd love that clip.

Yes, there is an episode with the 993 - the one about the best handling car. Clarkson (the prat) includes the 993 in the pack of 8 cars just to be able to bash it in his own inimmitable way, and spend half the review praising Ferrari. Very typical Clarkson.
If that's floating around on the net, there's hope for the 993 review.

993 appears in at least two of his videos, the 8 car test mentioned by Graham above and also a TT in a 1 mile shoot out won by a TVR Cerbera in which the TT came a close second.

On the Top Gear homepage, the 993 C2 comes on place 34 on their "the world's coolest cars". I think that is a fair spot, but then a read the list. What a stupid list it was. Some of the cars where just crap, and still where on the list.
I'm a little bit disappointed on the BBC show. It seems to be praising the reviewers preferences a tad too much and with some really stupid comparisons. I get the feeling that they instantly either like or dislike the car, and let the review follow that.
Saw a hideous Jaguar XK180, and Jeremy kept pushing about the absolutely great looks of the car. He kept yapping about the great battle between Jaguar and BMW, about building the greatest car. Now how stupid isn’t that? Jag. almost went bankrupt until Ford bought it and BMW became a start. It might not tell the better car, but it sure tells you what the customer preference was…
