Like others here, I have truly enjoyed Robert's updates on his projects. Very innovative, classy looking stuff (stuff, a technical term).

Robert, I hope you will still want to share your ideas and projects with us on this board. Your stuff is thought provoking, very professionaly done (there I go being obvious again), and just plain cool.

I would like for you to continue to share your ideas with us but that is a personal decision for you.

Well, I guess in theory, but practically doubt it to make a noticeable difference.. I guess it would be more effective with some heatsink compound applied between the cool collar and the oil filter. Since oil filters are lumpy, I dont see this device to fit that well, making complete contact.

Agreed. Computer heatsinks have way more fins and much better contact with the chip.
