IT'S ALIVE!!!
I thought that was the Aerokit I ? What I know of as the Aerokit II is the widebody Aerokit with the Turbo S tail and front spoiler. Perhaps 911Pervy can chime in.

Perhaps one Aero Kit is for cars with the cyclops light on the center post as in a cabriolet and the other where the cyclops light is the bar at top of the window as in the coupe.

My current 993 had the factory Aerokit. It's on the option sticker and CoA as well.
Late 95 build MY96, came w. third brake light on the rear windshield:
That's what it looked like 2 owners ago. I replaced the Aerokit with the RS Touring kit since it's less pronounced, but kept the original pieces.
It is interesting that the rear grille on my car is different from those on the other cars. Also interesting is that while it is the TechArt kit, it was factory installed...

What's the real world value on the techart wing? I have one and I cannot fit my intercooler in there without cutting into it. I'd rather just get a gt2 style or sonething else that's one piece with the decklid.

The randytrish wing with rear light strip I believe is Aerokit I [perhaps mentioned in original sticker or CoA].
Agree with ilko that wing is Aerokit II from Techart - grill is the same as mine.
I had this aerokit discussion with Sloan sometime ago but he had different opinion to mine, so I am open to correction.

I believe the Aerokit with the brake light is the Aerokit 1B and the one without is just Aerokit 1.

You are correct, it's 1B - I stand corrected. But as mentioned before, my CoA says the one without the light is Aerokit II and it is listed on the sticker.
Some clear pix from Porsche would hopefully end this chat once and for all, but i don't have any.
Pervy's Porsche info doesn't even mention Aerokit II.
