Gert at Carnewal sells the Turbo ROW stabilizer bars. That's what I have on my car. I believe he has the best price, but shop around.

Actually I thought Porsche Marin was even less than Gert although I admittedly didn't include shipping.

I have a friend with wholesale pricing that I'll be going through.

Will I need any new hardware for the above changes? Rear subframe mount bolts? Anything else?
I don't see the value of BBi wheel carriers over RS especially at your ride height and especially considering the price

I thought I read the car was riding at RS -20. That’s definitely the sweet spot for RS or BBI carriers, whichever you choose.

BBI uprights wouldn’t even exist if not for the two year back order on the RS carriers. I first went with BBI’s on my 993 as there was nothing else available. Not cheap, but they’re twice as strong as the RS carriers. My Indy was also very impressed with the improved geometry on the BBI’s.

Agree with Bill that the RS uprights are fully capable. And unless you’re planning on tracking the car and want even more flexibility for camber, there’s no reason to spend the extra $.

For full transparency, a friend of mine manufactures the BBi uprights and I am doing a collaboration with them to showcase their product on my Instagram account (@valveandpiston if any of you follow me!)

I agree with you both. I would normally say the RS uprights are fully capable, but the bumpsteer curves are better on the BBi units and the additional suspension travel (on top of the RS upright) is very helpful at my height.

Updating the thread. I've solidified the plan above and have begun ordering parts:
  • BBi uprights - ORDERED
  • New upright bearings - ORDERED
  • RSR inner tie rods with RS outer tie rods - ORDERED
  • New front ball joints - ORDERED
  • Elephant Racing rear solid subframe mounts - ORDERED
  • New rear RS A arms
  • New rear RS KT arms
  • RoW 993 Turbo anti-roll bars (22mm/21mm)
  • New front/rear anti-roll bar bushings
  • New subframe bolts
  • New lock nuts for A arm / KT arm ball joints and bolts
  • Adjust height and alignment
Final check before placing the big order from Porsche. Anything I am missing?

Have you done anything w/ the front A -arm bushes? If not RS or Elephant Sport rubber are highly recommended for a perfect match w/ the rest of the system

I will also be adding rubber boots to my Tarret rear toe arms. Does anyone happen to know the correct version to order? I was planning to order from here: https://sealsit.com/product-category...d-seals-boots/

Update:

5/18 was spent disassembling everything. Some notes for those thinking about whether to do their suspension:
  • Nearly everything came out smoothly except the wheel sensors and the rear subframe mounts
  • During disassembly, we noticed that the rear camber arms were toast and the passenger side front boot was torn. I should have listened to @Bill Verburg and ordered camber arms too.
  • My rear arms were original to the car (50th week of 1993 date stamp!). The monoballs of the rear A arms were completely blown and all arm ball joints were blown. My front inner tie rods were both extremely loose as well (likely original). Front control arm ball joints seemed ok, but were changed anyway.

5/19 was spent reassembling: solid subframe mounts, A arms, KT arms, F/R sway bars + bushings, inner/outer tie rods, front control arm ball joints, and BBi uprights all were installed. Unfortunately, we could not torque everything as we are waiting on the camber arms (despite overnighting them) to torque everything under the weight of the car.

I will be going to the shop tomorrow to hopefully finish everything up and get the car set up how I like it before sending it off to the alignment shop. Some progress photos:
