HID FACTORY INSTALL
Hi, was wondering if any one had any success with the HID kit using the factory connectors... If so, could we get some info on a DIY or maybe some pics... Thanks

Al,
I sent you an email with some photos and narrative of my install. Came out perfect and used the factory connectors. Feel free to call me - phone #'s are on my email.

I was putting together DIY instructions with pictures and narrative from Mike Cap. It is "work in progress", I'll keep updating it as Mike gives me more info.

I apologize in advance, but I at this point I have to say it:
"How many rennlist threads does it take to plug in an HID kit?"
Thanks in advance to everyone who has contributed to all of the DYIs. <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/beerchug.gif" />

Guys,
Chuck, nice of you to post the DIY. Sorry its not done.
I will try and finish it this weekend and will send it to Robin to post at his DIY site. In the
meantime, if anyone is doing the installation and needs a question answered, feel free to contact me.

Chuck--
Thank you for taking the time and posting this DIY <img border="0" alt="[typing]" title="" src="graemlins/yltype.gif" />
I'd certainly consider re-working my HID setup possibly this summer for that OEM 'look'. My headlight back covers now have a nice 1" hole in the middle but according to PET, they have a separate PN and thus can be replaced separately . . .
