Agro has this worked out right, he's not paying me for the repair/upgrade. Seller is.

Well tht's not entirely true, or, may sound a bit misleading...The seller is paying for problems found in the PPI. I am paying for the upgrades. It just worked out good for both of us - they sell the car, and I get it fixed by a damn good shop and most of the labor for the upgrades is being paid by the seller. Imagine that , win-win situations do actually exist - as long as you're willing to pay for them Kind of reminds me of the last time I was in Vegas...
