I am also familiar with the origins of the quote - typically, when quoting someone, you give them credit.
I am consistently amazed by the bloodhound skills of the members on this site. Good Job WildWillard. Caught him!!

Carrera Mike,

Thanks so much for the info. Your calipers look great. I had always simply thought of painting them red. After seeing your yellow calipers, I wonder if that would be a better color combination with arctic silver??

Oh yeah, for those people that don't like mods for cosmetic purposes - well what can you say, to each his own. Personally, I 'm all about the mods. Cosmetic, performance, or just about anything that catches my interest. you only live once, why not have fun with it?

So is someone a poser if they, say, replaced their 18" technology wheels for a set of prettier wheels that weighed the same or more? I don't quite understand the logic; I didn't paint them red to look like Big Reds--I painted them red to look pretty red.

Willard - What's to question about the picture ? It's validity ??? It's a picture moron, how can it not be VALID ?? Can you be a bit more vague ? I didn't take it, I wasn't there but a friend of mine who runs consumption jnctn was and he sent it to me over a year ago. Get real, don't you have anything better to do than question my motives ??

And regarding my quote, you have NO IDEA where it comes from or who said it originally so don't pretend you do. And for your information, "never lift" has been used throughout the racing community for years and years, I doubt Ascari was the FIRST to say it, but I find the fact that he said it right before he died very interesting. That is why I use it.

Get a life jerkoff...

Argo -

You are the reason most people think Porsche drivers are jerks.

You also have no idea what I know and what I don't.

Things I know -

Gert is a very reputable vendor
Argo is unable to have a discussion without calling names

keep it up, dude...

Those wouldn't be the same WMDs that the French, Germans, Russians, Brits (you know, the Permanent members of the UN Security Council) and the majority of the UnitedNations that signed UN Resoution 1441 all knew existed, would they? Or perhaps they were the WMDs that annihalated the Kurds and were wielded on bands of Shiites. Hmm, now which WMDs were we referring to again ???

Yep; that's them; same ones Al Gore was referring to when he criticized GHWBush for not finishing the job in 1991. And don't forget the Osiraq reactor, which the Israeli Air Force was kind enough to deal with. Lesson: if you don't have the WMD, don't act like you still do.

OK guys, I understand some have taken offense to Agro's post, but he is suffering from a malady at the moment. One that I hope you can understand. He is Porscheless at the moment, by no fault of his. I have his new car, which he has not been able to enjoy or drive for some time. It will be better than new when he gets it, but in the mean time he may appear to be a bit cranky, oversensitive, and yes, maybe a bit jealous. I am sure you are familiar with some of these symptoms. I think he will be a good addition to the board after we solve this problem and his behavior returns to normal.

Agro, I will do my best to help you to a speedy recovery.

Are you writing this before or after you've charged his credit card?
