Thanks guys, that is what I was thinking. Just went to buy a small chisel to see if I can get it behind the sleeve and move it enough to get a puller behind it.
Any other suggestions??

That's a strange bearing you have got.
I thought it should be something like https://www.porscheshop.co.uk/altern...1989-1998.html
Part #25 964-106-051 "wheel hub" on PET

Or may be i am missing something...probably.

How is the fan attached in your case?

That's a spacer, not the fan bearing

If you haven't seen this thread, give it a read as it may help prevent any issues since some of the reman parts vary.

Surprised the bushing was hung up on there.

Just yesterday I spent 7hrs+ getting my fan bearing off the shaft. It was on there so good, that the fan came off the bearing hub fairly easily with a puller but left the bearing and bearing hub on the shaft. I went at it with two different pullers, heat, PB blaster and lots of swearing for hours. Finally got it off. The spacer bushing slid right off no problem.

next time try this, post number 4, will take you 5 minutes tops
introduce longer bolts in your fan bearing, etc

That just may have worked... had there not already been a broken fan pulley bolt in the bearing hub.

I used a puller on the fan and alternator shaft and the fan came clean off the bearing hub (which is press fit in there), leaving the bearing hub and bearing on the shaft. So my only choice was to then try a puller on the bearing hub. Probably could have used your method once the fan was off (I was able to easily remove the broken bolt) but no where around here had M6 bolts with enough thread to thread all the way down and push against the alternator itself.

Fun times.

Make sure the new one has the correct insulation block so the high amp wire doesn't ground out.
