Seems one could take a stock wing as a partial master part to a fiberglass fabricator who could make one-up for you. A fiberglass boat builder can probably do something like this easily as well at a lower price.
IIRC the old Performance Products had something fairly similar many years ago that was a plastic or rubber add on piece. It was only similar in that it was a smallish tail. Certainly it was not as nice as the Singer design. As stated, outside of getting a Singer, your are probably on your own to fabricate something, either on your own, or by a skilled person. I wouldn't think it would be difficult for someone that has experience with fiberglass to mold something up.
Currently running an RS tail so on the look out for a oem decklid and hand it over to a fiberglass fabricator seems to be my only option
If you’re on the lookout for a wing to modify, I happen to have a complete assembly, inclusive of all parts except the deck lid ... might not help the cause but thought I’d mention it.
