Some of the E46 M3s use a flexible boot lip blended into the boot lid. So all you need is an appropriate lip. I already have a spare spoiler on my car that I had the grill painted body colour on for a more up to date look; Could be a nice upgrade.

Flexible rubber, bondo to make it smooth and painted matt black.

It looks like the bottom part of the spoiler is open?.......does it sit flush..........
