Post Factory RSR

I just saw this car for sale on ebay and thought you guys would be interested in seeing it.
<a href="http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1821872101" target="_blank">http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1821872101</a>

I hope I did this the right way?

Someday I would love to have an RSR - you should hear one run a few laps - downshifts are like organ music from heaven.

This is the second (maybe third) time this auction has been posted - each time it hasn't made it to the reserve price.
What should this car sell for? I need to know in case I hit that lottery this afternoon.

Rick:

It’s hard to value a car like this. It is not legal in any form of pro competition in the US after this year and is woefully uncompetitive on most tracks today vs. the GT3R/RS. A clean factory car with all updates, fresh motor and transmission might command $100,000-$120,000. It really depends on the guy buying it and what the car means to him/her. The price can also be influenced by the spares package.

LOL,....one of our local clients has 2 993 RSR's that are both for sale, a '96 (heavily modified) and a '97 (very original).

Hank is right on, but a real RSR is LOTS of fun and still very fast.

If you do hit that lottery and want one, I might be able to help,........

Here is one that Kelly Moss is selling. Looks like a very nice example. <a href="http://www.kellymoss.com/pages/cars4salepages/jkelly.htm" target="_blank">http://www.kellymoss.com/pages/cars4salepages/jkelly.htm</a>

EJ,
If you think hearing one is fun you should ride and drive in one. I got religon that day.

Greg, I know I should NEVER EVER ride in one. I would be on the first flight out to Portland to talk to Steve.

While I would love to talk to Steve in person, that is all I would be able to do in regards to getting a 993RSR in my garage.
Now if I had won that $300+ million lottery, I could manage to let you drive mine

I'll be happy to do a few laps in the RS race car next weekend.
