It’s a dream car but I’d need to add a bit of livery, that’s a lot of black. Beautiful.

I was thinking about rr-doing the side decal with a yellow outline but I do like the ghost decals , think the color is going to come from a yellow roll cage

I think I jumped the gun, realize per the manual its 1,875...not that it matters that much, but its the mental aspect of hitting a milestone...

And you don't need an oil change until you hit 10,000 or 1 year of ownership. Check your mobile app and it will give you the date of the first service.

Ya technically correct; however for the $150 and a half hour crawling around on my back its worth the piece of mind for me to do a post break in oil change. I'm sure the engineers and bean counters have everything all figured out, but all the same...I do find it interesting that a decade or so ago when I bought my first BMW M Car, they provided a 1,100 mile post break in oil change, and diff oil change. Not sure if they still do that or not, but it made sense to me then.

On another note...preaching to the choir here, but what an awesome car. Picked up a manual T back on the 1st of July and have had a blast getting to know it. been fortunate to go on a few drives with the local PCA, and have done my best exploiting our local canyon roads here in so-cal. Came to the 992 from a 2013 981 Boxster, absolutely loved that car and enjoyed every minute that I owned it, was such a comfortable car to own and drive, put about 40k miles on it in 5 years and was incredibly reliable, always lusted after a 911 and kinda fell into the 992 T when I walked into the dealer and they had a MT sitting on the floor.

Appreciate all the great posts in the forum, and learning from everyones mods and tweaks.

Next drive will be 1,000 miles… ducktail from Moshammer is stuck in customs but hope to get it in to the body shop later this week.

Next up deciding on wheels / changing look…

Good to see another T in the land of down under! I also recently took delivery of a GT silver manual T in Qld...

Sharing a few pictures of my new T with recently installed H&R Sport springs and 15mm F / 12mm R spacers.

I'm much happier with the look now compared to the stock setup. H&R got the ride height just right in my opinion and I think this is how Porsche would have set the ride height and wheel offsets if they didn't have to think about the "daily driver' use case for the T (which is entirely relevant). It's daily drivable like this, but I do absolutely utilize the front axle lift on almost every drive to ensure the front lip doesn't scrape something. Without knowing the exact specs, this seems much closer to the stance that you get with a GT product which has always struck me as ideal. It's not perfectly flush, but the gap is minimized and seems like a function over form kind of result which I like.

@loxxrider Great stance! I want to do this mod so bad, but I think I'd be scraping all the time with no FAL.

I think you mean form over function?
