I am well aware… 😁

Edit: both attachments are from this very thread. Internal information via dealers is also estimated until actual V code is reached.

My wife's base 992.2 is on the boat on it's way. The big question now is when it gets to the port around the 20th of August, will they get held there for CARB or whatever due to them being 2025 models? Her 992.1 was a very early copy a few years ago and it sat in San Diego for 2 months waiting for approval to sell.

Jeez, not looking to get into a pissing match over this. Here’s what I see:

No dates. It’s never shown dates in the future. Neither has the website.

Might be a new model issue since all 992.2 allocations don't have future dates in TYD while all models that have already been around are showing future dates

I wonder if that's California specific. Texas doesn't even do emissions testing anymore lol

Federal emission certification per model sold by a manufacture at every new model year must be acquired annually.

I'm referring to any additional emissions standards / testing that California cars require on top of federal.

The report of ORDER STATUS that only the dealer can call up has dates and range of dates leading to delivery. Someone else I know can see such future date estimates in FOLLOW MY DREAM when called up from phone but not available in PC version. The dates show under tab "DiscoverAll Steps". Question is for anyone using FOLLOW MY DREAM.

This is my 3rd P car using the FYD app. The first two showed these date you are talking about, but this one shows the CONFIRMED ORDER DATE(7/08) only, the every else is exactly as you say, DATE NOT ESTABLISHED. the salesperson is telling 8/27 freeze date, so he can see info I can't as well.

Is your car a base model 992.2 or a GTS 992.2?

We were in the same situation with our 992.1 which sat for 3 months in San Diego. Our dealer advised us, we may be in for the same scenario with our 992.2. They are having issues right now with the new Macan (Electric) with orders sitting in the port. He told us our build may arrive in November/December, but we may not see it till January. This is about the same dates we dealt with before. California sucks with their CARB rules.

Yes, I am on My Porsche phone app. It does not show estimated dates, but all the steps, which all say "NOT SCHEDULED". Your dealer has the most accurate report as stated. They are more than happy to give you updates.

Took me 1 month to get an allocation, which I turned back. Not impressed with the 992.1 so sticking with my 992 S....

I have a 992.2 GTS allocation that I received in June. I don't know what my production date is but my SA just called me to tell me my freeze date is late August.

Default 992.2 Carrera Base Convertible at the port in Jacksonville

My car made it to the USA port. Fingers crossed it makes its way up to ATL soon and I can see it in person!
