Default PTS on GTS?

I am on the "list" for the 992.2 GTS which is supposed to be a MY25 car and has good chance of being eligible for PTS.
What are your thoughts on doing PTS on a GTS? I don't see a whole lot of 992.1 GTS with PTS on sale in the used market. Wondering if it's a waste of money on non GT cars.

Yes...go for it! Just don't pick a color where its particular shade is so close to a standard color that no one will recognize it as actually being PTS.

Not a waste of money if it's the car and color you want. Need more fun colors.

PTS is a great choice if you don't love any of the standard choices. But I agree go with something that is clearly PTS and not similar to a standard color.

You may not see a lot because it wasn’t available a lot. I wanted PTS on my GTS and couldn’t get it.

Yes. I was in the same boat with my GTS. Go with what does it for you. If resale is always a concern, you’re ordering a car for the next guy.

If it’s offered, the answer is always yes.

Definitely do it if it is an option. I would love to have ordered a GTS with the PTS option however never had the chance. I had to settle for Chalk, which I do like, however if the PTS option was available I definitely would utilize it on my next one.

If you are able to get approved for PTS, definitely do it. It's not quite as tough to get on the GT cars and flagship cars. But on Carrera variants, it has become extremely difficult. The last three years have been downright brutal. Hope you get it and can't wait to see the color you select!

Agreed on the resale concern, don't want to spec it for the next guy.

Haha.. definitely not going pick silver and grey shades. I love Dark Olive Metallic with silver wheels. I am not sure if center lock silver wheels will be an option for 992.2 GTS, it is not an option for the 992.1.

For some reason my SA is very confident that PTS should be available. I love Dark Olive Metallic.

If they bring back Amazon Green (looks Blue), it’s fantastic!
