For oil, filter, and cabin filter you could watch a YouTube How to video and do it yourself. It is pretty simple. Even order the parts yourself, save all receipts and keep it in your service book of proof of service to Porsche.

I do the maintenance on all of my vehicles except the 911.

It was surprisingly cheaper at the dealership than a highly rated independent in town that specializes in Porsche. I also had my PCNA $500 voucher to use.

It now no longer matters. You can buy the maintenance package at any time, even after year 2.

Also, the issue is that the price is going to continue to go up, so if you know that you'll be keeping the car, you may want to consider it.

It totally matters.

You think you will keep the car (we all do) then a guy backs into you and totals it. YOU ARE OUT THE MONEY.

Never EVER buy it early. The “savings” you think you are getting are not worth the risk.

Ummm. I didn't say any of that. I just gave some counterpoints. Not sure why you'd think I am buying the plan. I just said that the price is going up and you can buy it at anytime.

why would you buy it after year 2? That makes no sense.

You said “anytime” and I’ve already proved that buying before year 2 is not smart. So, you are therefore saying buy after year 2. Which I’ve never heard of, and makes no sense. Splain away.

Wow. You need to read what I wrote. I never made any recommendations. Nor did I say what I would do. I clearly just stated the facts. I will make one recommendation though: Don't assume. You're just making an..... well you know.

fire away with what you meant. Please clarify “even after year 2”

and do point out that you “assume” the price is “going to continue to go up” when you have zero insight on “if” the price is going to continue to go up.

You can't read bro. I said what I said. You don't know what words like 'may' mean. You also seem to be very much stuck on your opinion of what one should do with buying the maintenance package or for that matter, not buy it. Everyone can do what they want. Stop trying to tell people what they should or should not do. Just give the information and move on. What's really bothering you? Everything okay? I shouldn't be engaging with you at all since you seem like you have some type of personality disorder. So, really, I'm done here. Last response. Move on to your next victim.

I don’t seem to be the one bothered here
