In California, you can cancel at anytime and get a pro-rated refund for any unused portion.

And there is a lot of margin to negotiate. Ask your dealer what their cost is.

No, PSMP is non-negotiable per Porsche.

Interesting I had an extended plan on my Harley Davidson CVO and they refunded me after 6 months.when it got totaled. (Fire damage). I assumed it is with other vehicles also. Now I’ll have to check

It is a Porsche rule - most vendors I've seen do allow a refund on a maintenance type package, but Porsche locks it to the VIN - except in California, cause we know how they can be!
