The classic looking 911 died with the 991 gen. The 992 is already a GT car and the updated black plastic on the bumpers looks way better. No matter what everyone says on here 80% of sports car buyers love more power. These aren't going to help 992.1 values at all.

Too bad the tach is gone. I was in an updated Cayenne this weekend and the electronic tach was a let down. For some reason electronic tachs with a matte screen are more tolerable, unfortunately the Porsche screens are glossy.

My 992.1 GTS would now be 13K more in $$. Interestingly the bordeaux/black leather combo now is only $430 and the extended tank went down a gallon to 22.1. Probably due to space for the electric components/battery.

Edit: Actually it's now $15K more.

Seems like the extended range fuel tank is a couple gallons smaller than before?

seems like all have the same rear plate mount area now and sport design doesnt change the rear bumper much besides paint a lot of the black plastic surface body color black or grey and give you the sport exhaust rear like the 992.1. rather than the gts more centrally mounted exhaust. they are really distinguishing the gts more than before

The offset of the rear wheels is now 79 vs 67 on the ".1", and the front tires remain at 245 with the rear going up to 315.

Hard to pick up on all the differences, but a quick build mirroring my 2024 GTS went from $194 to $202k. Some observations, probably due to now standard or configurator not yet final:
  • Racetex roof liner may be standard as doesn't show in option list; can still option other parts like visors and seat belt outlets
  • PDCC not showing as option
  • No rear seats - add back option at $0
  • Extended range fuel tank still available at 22.1 gal, slightly smaller
  • Can embroid GTS into headrest, although not with 930 package it appears
  • No heated GT steering wheel in leather (yet)
  • The big one - ionizer included in Premium Package

I suspect that 992.1 GTS manuals certainly will go up in value. The PDK may not.

And despite prior info, Chalk is not relegated to PTS. It’s now a “Legends” color which I think the naming of all that is pretty cringy.

There will be a ton of these built in Shade Green though, that’s one thing.
