I'm so glad I bought a 992.1 GTS, the front looks horrible to me.

GTS price increase from $150,900 to $164,900, albeit with more standard options.

Where did you get that it is a 3.6 L? I didn't hear that in the live stream

The engine sounded great during those drag races. Does the e-turbo mute the exhaust sound less?

Anyone else notice the afterthought front bumper on the base car? There’s a gaping hole in place of where the DRL light used to be.

The T model is generally not released until near the end of a generation. Whether it be a .1 or .2. Probably got several years before we see one materialize, if at all.

When the 992.1 GTS was announced, all of the press videos from Porsche had the volume turned up on the exhaust. In reality it is no louder than the S.

They are on Porsche's European websites. For example, in the Polish price list, the basic version is about 5% more expensive (but apparently a bit better equipped, e.g. a button for changing the driving mode).

The standard front bumper looks nicer compared to 992.1

The GTS now to me more like a baby 911 Turbo 540 hp now and with the same 600 Nm of torque. Insane for a GTS. And RAS is also standard on GTS. I speculate Porsche is going to insert a new model by shifting up the GTS performance specification closer to the current Turbo.
Just like the existing 992.1 Turbo, the GTS will be focus on performance (go faster bit) and less on the "driving emotion/more pure experience". I guess that would still be provided on GT3 model (i.e. manual option, non Turbo, non RAS, etc).
