Default 992 Cabriolet / Targa Ducktail rear Spoiler

I have a Cabriolet on order and debating to add a rear Spoiler. In my on line search I found this Darwin Pro Ducktail. Has anyone come across a nice looking one.? Thoughts on this Darwin Pro Ducktail ?

Looks nice. Does it obstruct the third brake light?

Unfortunately, to me, the fitment looks poor from those images.

That one does not have the required wider cooling opening so you would have to run it with stock lift mechanism, which I think would look silly with the spoiler raised. If you want to run it in fixed mode you should get one like the Moshmammer duck tail spoiler which has the proper cooling vent in the front edge of the ducktail. If you don’t, the car will be prone to overheat at higher speeds and lose power. This has already been tested and confirmed by a forum member - not with the Darwin Pro ducktail but another spoiler that also didn’t have the proper cooling vent on the front edge.

I like ducktails, just not this one. It looks too thick at its base all the way up to its thickness across the width.

Wavy leading edge.
Corners don't line up.
Larger than OEM panel gap.

The 9xx ducktail product page says there's one ilunder development for the cab. Maybe reach out to Moshammer to see if they have any plans as well?

9XX and Moshammer seem to have perfected the Ducktail with the correct air intake to avoid heat soaking. Hopefully they'll come out with a Cabriolet/Targa version. I wish porsche offered a rear spoiler option for Cabriolet without having to go into a Turbo.
