Concerned about Quality Issues in Ordered 992
#61
Dude, just stop with the lies man. You don't have a car on order.

The harsh reality is you have an “order demand” with no real allocation or even an idea as to when your allocation will drop. Therefore you do not have an order in with PAG.

Per Carfax, If you're buying this Porsche for the second owner: "No matter the type of vehicle you're considering, the most popular color choices are white, black, silver, and gray. Red and blue occasionally break into the top four, but white and black have an iron grip on the top two spots."

Useless options IMHO:
Power Steering Plus: Not needed
Backrest Shells in Leather: If it's not a Cabriolet, what's the point, no one will be able to see them.
Carbon Fiber Floor Mats: A waste of money. Your feet will never know.
Owner's Manual in Leather: But why?
Burmester Audio: These cars are noisy, even the Bose can seem like overkill

I see a use case for the Burmester if you really really enjoy the best possible sound quality, though for a T or GTS, I think it doesn't make that much sense due to having by default less sound insulation in those variants. But as so often - ordering a Porsche 911 means you can easily add your own taste and likings into it and we should accept that our ideal configuration isn't the one of another person.

Yes they took $25K from me to guarantee me the next allocation that becomes available. Said it would be by end of the year. So I have my order in
