I looked at a 2024 Turbo S today and it was Arctic Grey exterior with the Heritage Design interior. It is definitely different. Not sure if I would dislike it after time. Anyone out there that still loves the Heritage Design every time you get into it? Also was curious how the white fabric holds up after time.
I personally think its the best interior porsche has offered in years... I have one coming in a couple of weeks. I've wondered if I'll get sick of it over time but as long as it proves to be durable enough to keep looking good I think I'll remain a fan.
Not for me...but my interior design skills are remedial at best.
That fabric looks like one of those computer generated pictures that if you stare long enough you'll see a spaceship or maybe Ferry Porsche's face
This interior is THE reason I’m getting a 911. 18 months ago my upper limit for an unneeded car was 200k. Then this interior came out. I called local Porsche dealership and said, “ I’d like to order a Sport Classic please”. How naive was I !?!? Any way fast forward to next week when my heritage classic cognac interior TTS shows up. What happened to that limit??? That interior is what happened!
I saw the interior on ordered 992 turbo at my dealership, absolutely loved it. I tried ordering the Heritage interior on my Aventurine Green coupe but it was on stop sale. Currently waiting on a Cabriolet allocation and definitely going with Coqnac Heritage interior with Gentian Blue exterior. Brings the 992 to a whole different level in my opinion. Pics below of another members Cabriolet.
I've had my cognac flavor for several months and 2k miles on the clock. It really completes the car but the leather is not forgiving. I had a few drops of sweat drop on the armrest while installing/hardwiring my radar detector and dash cam, which darkened the pigment. This was even after a Colorlock Shield application. I also have had some discoloration to the door panels from shoes brushing them getting out of the car. I had a stain on the fabric seat portion but was able to scrub it out pretty easily. The discolorations do not bother me terribly but I may consider getting the black version if doing it over again given how I use the vehicle.
The Heritage interior in my opinion is outstanding. I'm sure the leather doesn't look as orange in person as it does online. Besides, the pepita centers are gorgeous.
I love the Heritage interior when paired with the right exterior color. I think it goes best with a "heritage" exterior color, which to me is anything non-metallic. I also like it with some metallic colors, esp the colors available in the 70's and 80's - Lime Green, Marine Blue, Tobacco metallic, the many Silver variants,. Light Blue Metallic, etc.
