Configurator has the price $8K+ higher now, but it doesn't say year. It has to be a '24. No way I'd pay that much extra for a '23 now. If the '24 is the last year of the 992.1 I'd be perfectly fine with that, since I don't want to have one of the first 992.2s, and live with the consequences of the inevitable issues.

The 2023 allocations are done, so you won't get a 2023. Mine change locked in late April, and I've seen later orders that are definitely MY 2024 (with VINs to prove it). All indications are that the 992.2 won't show until MY 2025.
According to TYD, My 24 911 is suppose to be delivered on 7/23. Any earlier dates out there?
Not to rain on your parade, but I figure you can add a least a month to that for delays at the port in Germany.
My '23 TTS Cab had a change freeze date of 4/23, a manufacturing start date of 5/16, and is currently projected to get to my dealer on 7/15. And that's only if I catch a boat in the next week. If not, the date will push out again.
I have a MY23 scheduled for late July. Build completed last week and at the port shortly there after, currently waiting for departure that’s not scheduled for a couple weeks. Seems like my 23 will arrive shortly after your 24.
I have a MY23, originally a June 4 delivery date. But have been pushed out twice, now a August 17 delivery. And that's after I received my elevator pic. My confidence in Porsche delivery dates is extremely low. I've learned to expect the unexpected.
