Are base 911 allocations actually available?
I've been waiting on a C2 allocation for about 10 months now...
BUT...
When I put my name on the list I was offered an allocation for an August delivery with a $10k ADM that I declined - mainly because I was clear with the dealer that we couldn't take delivery before Feb '23 and preferred a late March/early April delivery at PEC Atlanta.
Now that I'm ready for an order to move forward I'm in limbo waiting for an allocation. I don't regret passing on the previously offered allocation, but it sucks that now I don't know when another allocation will become available.

I asked about allocation on 8/30, received an allocation in early/mid Sept, and took delivery last week. I have a C2. I’d recommend expanding your search to other dealers. I paid MSRP in a different state. Process could not have been any smoother.
It's sort of dealer speak for "don't call us, we'll call you" ...
Call your dealer, or any dealer, and ask them what it would take to get a 911 allocation now.
If they say, "Well, if you're willing to pay $$ ADM I can get you in an allocation today" then there is no list.
If they say, "There's nothing I can do, I can't even trade for an allocation" then you know that while there may be a list, it's probably a guessing game as to when you'll get your allocation.
Unfortunately wait lists nowadays are more fiction than reality.

If I had told them to put me on a list at MSRP I think there's a good chance I'd still be waiting for an allocation.
C2 was easier to find and had shorter waitlists than either the C2S or GTS out here in CA last summer based on the three dealers I talked to.
