Porsche finance & lease rates 2023

I'm getting the same/similar deal verbally. Can you say more about the terms? The guy said no pre-payment penalties, with a minimum of $100k financed. Any requirement to keep it for 3-5 months? Is it a gentleman's agreement or is it in the terms? Any concerns from your perspective or lessons learned. Thank you in advance for responding...

How can they enforce the 3 month or 5 month finance requirement? Most loans you can pay off any time without penalty.

My guess is they just hold it against you when it’s time for the next allocation. My dealer wanted me to finance a portion as well but I negotiated with just buying windshield and tire and wheel at a discounted price instead of the crappy finance rate.

Also, to the other posters, the way to think about the interest rate is to offset it against what I’m earning in a CD/savings account. I think it’s more like a $1000 ADM.
would have preferred cash, but sometimes you take what you can get.
ATX… any term restrictions or other odd stuff to consider?

yeah this is what I was wondering. I tried winter wheels and tires and that didn’t fly. I was asking ATX just to see if there is a prepayment penalty in the first five months.

Current Rates
Any idea what current PFS rates are? Agreed to do PFS on a European Delivery as a way of getting no ADM. Not sure whether I can pay off the loan after the European Delivery or whether I need to wait for it to arrive stateside. Ideally wanted to pay cash, just trying to figure out what my effective ADM is here.

Those rates at Navy Federal are the best I've seen.

You can always pay off the PF Loan whenever you want. There is no prepay penalty. Just depends on your dealer, what is the deal you have between you and them.

Navy Federal is 4.54 for 36 months, 4.99 for 60 months. I was going to pay cash, but I'll probably take the 4.54 since t bills are still higher than that. If my 911 ever gets built with the current issues.

Yes, after seeing this, I am doing Navy Federal membership now - it's a bit restrictive because you have to go onto a military installation around here to get to the branch to apply.

In my case BoFA was the best option and easier to deal with especially because of ED which takes 2-3 months extra.
