I am currently considering doing both.

Random question for owners with the heritage package, is the passenger cupholder covered in leather without having to add the Extended Dashboard and Door Panel Package in Leather?

Check with your dealer. When I ordered my Heritage interior, the order wouldn't go through without adding the $1540 option. Not sure why they have it as a option when it's mandatory.

I know of someone that placed a 992.1 order locally last week and the dealer was able to omit the $1540 addition.

Advanced
The passenger cup holder is covered in leather as a package standard. In fact, if you tick the leather cup holder option the configurator will cancel the Heritage Package.

I have successfully added HP to my build. No requirement from PCNA/PAG to add the extended dashboard and door panels in leather. Per the build sheet the passenger cupholder trim in leather is included.
The reality is the highlighted below is all that is added by the ‘extended dashboard and door panels’

trying to gauge how the trim looks on black since it does not come with Paldao as the SC does. It comes with a gray trim. Not sure if it’s aluminum or plastic or what exactly.

My first thought when I saw it was, it seems like an awful lot to spend for basically an all black interior. To each his/her own though.
