unless that is a S then its not under msrp. Its significantly above.
Looks like it's heavily optioned with the turbo wheels, sport chrono with porsche design clock, black/bourdeax interior, Bose, exclusive design tail lights, etc so that's probably msrp
Uh, don't think so. It is configurator pictures only and I could find no detailed build sheet. It lists MSRP, but that does not mean that's what they would want to get an allocation.

I live in boca and it seems like 15 percent of every car on the road is a new exotic or a 992 lol. The only guys paying those crazy adms are people who don't have a real long term relationship with the dealers. My friends turbo S was sticker and his 991's were 7 percent off. I bet when the market levels for his next one he'll get it at a discount too. Patience is a virtue. Sticker used to be overpaying..

This is the build sheet. Its about 10k over msrp.
Ahh. yes, I see. The options list they have must not be complete. Of course when one goes to buy, then the adm gets tacked on. Many dealers have in stock cars listed on their sites and only show the suggested msrp but there is adm on top.

Yeah. I found the locking wheel bolts, crest on the arm rest, and ventilated seats from just the pics

Uh, yeah I do think so. Based on the description of the options and the picture (Sunroof, carmine stitching, surround / lane change, etc.) I get to $163k and the difference is probably a couple more options I'm missing.
Not sure what an allocation has got to do with anything, we've been talking about built cars available for sale.
