Lowered on Bilstein EVO SE’s….

…..Stock wheels with 10mm spacers up front and 7mm in the rear (…pre suspension install). I’m awaiting aggressive offset HRE’s; ETA 2 weeks.

^ nice, this is how these should come, the wheel gap from the factory is too big IMO.

Your wheel offsets are going to be some of the most aggressive I’ve heard of on here. Can’t wait for the pics when you get them!

Thanks brotha! I can’t quite take all of the credit though. The offsets were already tried by one of the guys on Bimmerpost who also has a 992, so I already have an idea about how the wheels will fit. Here’s his car….

Being that I went with Classic 300’s, I’ll have a 2” lip up front and a 3” lip in the rear, so the fitment should be eye catching.

That's gonna look sick just like tourenwagen. What offsets did you go with and how did you get HRE to do a custom offset? When I was in the market they were asking another $1k to make "custom" offsets saying they have set offsets for cars. Enough was enough and I ultimately went with Supreme.

I went with ET 37 up front and ET 57 in the rear. I maintained stock 20”/21” diameters but went wider up front and in the rear. I have a contact at HRE who customized the offsets for me, but I honestly didn’t think he was doing something special for me at the time, but maybe he was?!? Supreme installed my Bilsteins and is where I’ll source the rest of my mods.

My 20x9 ET45 and 21x11.5 ET58 HRE 3pc wheels were $2300 each (before custom painted centers).

The price adds up fast for sure. They are beautiful wheels though.

Love them and worth every penny for me.

I think @Shogunade was curious if you had a upcharge for the custom width and offset. He quoted HRE with a non standard config but went with another wheel based on the HRE markup he was quoted. He said +$1K but wasn’t sure if that was the set or each. Also a difference in price on 2pc vs 3pc.

I know each config and dealer price is different, but that was why I shared my price (Tag Motorsports for mine, and they handled my custom painted centers with HRE).

I actually wasn’t up-charged and I received active law enforcement pricing (…with proof of service), so my case is a bit of an outlier. I went direct to HRE rather than a dealer.

Lowering the Carrera is the way I want to go as soon as the car arrives too. Do the HAS kits from KW and Techart both work with cars that have FAL?

What made you choose to stick to the stock 20/21 vs 21/22 that also seem to be popular? I'm going to go the 21/22 route but both setups look good. For those with the 21/22 configuration, what's your offset for a lowered car?
