When do the Photos start to populate on the TYD app? Are the photos always in the same location? Where the link of the guy that shows how to find the photos? thanks E

They show up under phase 3 of “Discover this phase” or something to that effect. The timing of photo availability seems to vary between cars but lags the actual production by anywhere from a couple of days to a couple of months. I got two of my photos roughly a week after Porsche declared production was complete, and a 3rd photo (the ubiquitous finished shot at the turntable that many people use as their avatars) almost two months later and actually after delivery. Who knows why.

If you want a sneak peek of pictures before they show up on TYD, this is a screen shot of what you should be looking for in the metadata. On the right side, look down to where it says "production images". Mine says null because it's still being built.

How did you bring up the right side of the screen?

My GTS (supposedly) started production on the 16th. No pictures. TYD is also (ironically) estimating CP8.0 on the 25th. But again, I don't necessarily think these dates are truly accurate. If the factory is really running 3 shifts during the week as they claimed during the tour, it really should have been done already yesterday.

Our cars are factory twins, mine started on the 16th also and says 25th to be done. I also have my doubts about the accuracy of TYD on these dates, from what I've heard it takes 5-7 actual factory days to build, not 9.

Well, we know they won't be on the same vessel but it will be interesting to see how far they progress and the actual compared to predicted time frame.

My timeline still shows, CP8.0, Ready for Transport, In Transit to Emden and arrival at Emden, all on the 25th, which obviously makes no sense. I assume it will be corrected and adjusted at some point.

The key hold up in production is the painting process which can't be rushed. But during the factory tour on Oct 24th, we were told that the production line is running 24 hours a day during the week with 3 shifts. And it should only take 4-5 days to spit a car out.

But good luck All! First to post pics wins! LOL

Mine started production on the 18th and scheduled to end on the 25th. However, today on the 22nd TYD updated to ready for transport. so about 4 days to build if accurate.

I got two of my production pictures as my car was docking at the port of Houston so YMMV. My final production pic (of the completed car at the end of the line) came two days before I picked the car up.

Does anyone know how many "angles" there are? Ever so often someone shares an assembly photo I haven't seen before.

I got three. One of the shell out of the paint shop, on side view with the dashboard in, and the final one with the car complete.
