Really? If anyone needs lessons on how to get in and out of a car without destroying the bolsters, they need lessons in common sense! Think about it.

Don’t listen to Nick. This guy shows the real way to get in and out of a 911…

take it up with Nick. I know how to get in/out of my car. But apparently the OP doesn’t. The post was for him.

Nick has nothing to do with common sense getting in and out of a car. My comment was directed at ignorance wherever it comes from.

I think we both know that common sense eludes many people - regardless of what we are talking about.

Well I've been getting in and out of the driver's seat for ugh - 40 years and I guess nobody ever taught me. Or wait, maybe this never happened in any of my cars

And let's be fair - if I had the 14 way seats, I don't think this would have been the case. So this "new and unique way" of getting out of cars - primarily applies to people with the 18 way seats.

Where is this video!

And @Carreralicious - I'm dying. That video is great. "Cause that's where the resale value is"

I also love that video from carreralicious. Pretty spot on. Love his gf’s comment, “why can’t you watch **** like everyone else”?

#4 at around 6:08. Nick’s suggestion is real simple. Not what I do, but think it would work.

I found #1 to be hilarious. ya, I like Nick. Don’t always agree, but he strikes me as someone i could have a pint with….decent guy.

They completely covered entry and exit at a retreat I was on. Not cars but I think the same things apply.

😂 😂

“I wanna enjoy it slower…I wanna go slower”. Brilliant.

Did not know you needed to add oil every 5-10 miles? LOL.

Thanks - he talks about getting in - I'm doing all my damage when I get out

I would assume the same approach could work getting out….keep you left hand on the side bolster as you ease your way out of the car?

My method is to make a fist with my left hand and I place it facing down (knuckles first) on the bottom of the door sill to help me lift myself up and out. I’m actually just as concerned about rubbing my *** on the seat cushion side bolster. I have been doing this with my M4 since I took delivery 6 years ago. No signs of wear.

Maybe it's time to vinyl wrap the seat :-)
