Default 992 bonnet stripes - where to buy?

Hello guys,

could anybody advise where I can buy this set of bonnet stripes from (or advice about Porsche product code)? Also 3M replicas, not too fussed, as long as they are matte black.

Thanks!

They are in Europe, VERY easy to work with and will make you anything you want if they don't have it. I have their product on my 992. Good prices, fast shipping and their vinyl is fresh and hasn't been sitting around so easy to apply.

Thank you very much, that’s very helpful, just sent them an email 😉

Just to follow up on this. Went to a highly recommended car detailer in West London and they created and fitted the bonnet stripes in less than 2 hours. Very pleased about the result.

How do the hood stripes affect xpel installation? I assume that the film goes on over the stripes? I can't imagine that they try to cut around them.

Anytime I have done it - the stripes go on top of the PPF.

Yes - same here - stripes are on top of PPF.

stripes have to go on top of PPF, otherwise there will be areas around the stripes where the PPF could not adhere to the paint.

Looks just like the originals ! Very cool. Here is mine with the stripes ordered as part of the build. Can’t tell any difference

Did you add PPF to the hood? Or does the presence of the stripes preclude that?

Indeed! My problem was that the Targa does not come with bonnet stripes ex-factory at all.

I am not personally a fan of PPF so I don’t actually know. I have only done ceramic coating on mine
