Drove 992.2 S "Tennis Ball" at PECLA today. Still don't like gauge cluster, non-burbly exhaust in Sport mode. Otherwise serviceable car. 😆

I did that about a year ago, pretty cool day.

IMO the best looking 992.2; right behind it is the Carrera 4S/S with the sport design package. Love the chrome trim and silver wheels. Hate these big wings, touring is the way to go. Not a big fan of the targa in practice and hate the look of the convertible. Enjoy!

Picked her up at PECLA yesterday (the car, not the young woman who's my wife of 45 years). Had a nice lunch and a great afternoon on the track. It's now at the detail shop getting PPF and ceramic.

See what you think of targa compared to all the cabs you’ve had.

I concur. Curious to hear thoughts on it from someone who has owned both.

Did you use your new car on the track right after pickup?

NASA sent me this picture from Artemis while I was visiting my 2 month old granddaughter… and her mom and dad too!

I've been thinking about a similar GT silver build - could you share some more pictures/angels around your car?

The best GT Silver 911 ever is this one! It's mine! And it's beautiful. I also think the grey bits on my GT Silver car are very cool.

Here you go… I only have a few pictures as it’s only 14 days old today, although I just passed 1000 miles today in the southwest Virginia mountains.

Tomorrow I will be driving in the western North Carolina mountains, and the next day in the northern Georgia hills.

And the next day at Porsche Experience Center Atlanta to tour the museum and drive their Carrera S on the track for a 90 minute drive experience!

I do think the 911 is the ultimate driving machine! And I just traded an M3 Competition.

Hehe!

I've had a Racing Yellow 992 since 2021 so GT silver would be a huge departure, but man that's a good looking car you've got there! Thanks for posting pictures for me

The picture above looking down at the 911 from 3/4 rear view is after 600 unwashed miles on my current multi-state road trip.

Silver is good for that, but don’t tell anyone!
