Appreciate any thoughts on spec. Order locks April for May build. Looking for a nice fast cruiser, car will never see a track and I live in South Florida. Recently sold 991.2 cab spec is https://vinanalytics.com/car/WP0CA2A97HS142543/
Big debates in my mind right now to keep this reasonably spec'ed for a base car:
- Carrera Classic ($2700) vs Exclusive wheel painted black ($5000)
- Standard Interior ($800) vs Full Leather at $4500 (My first 991 was standard, my most recent 911.2 full leather and I like the contrast stitching across the dash)
- Sport Chrono $2700, never had it before. In my mind not being a track car completely useless for me.
- Premium pack, I want the Bose and Ventilated Seats but I could live without the rest saving $2,500

I won't try to talk you into Sport Chrono but I would have it and get it again. Normal and Sport mode are plenty fast.

Our GB cabriolet C2 should be delivered next week to us. Nice build We got Sport Chrono and ACC and a few other small items that you didn't. We waffled back and forth between the same two wheels you did and went with the Carrera Classics to match the other 'silver' items on the car. Full leather was a no brainer and since you said you liked the contrast stitching why not get it? You're sitting in it and looking at something you like versus sitting and wondering, gee why didn't I get the contrast stitching....
Premium pack is a good value for all the other goodies is give you, but if you want to save $2.5K and won't miss that other stuff, then pick what you want!
Nice build!

Ventilated seats a must in a coupe. not sure about a cabrio. is a better radio even noticable in a cabrio?
defeinitely leather interior
sport chrono is great for the sport response button on a cruiser. makes passing a little more exciting.
echo the comment above. PID is good if you do highway cruising for the alk and acc. those can always be turned off for when you want to be luke skywalker.
