My freeze point is 2/28 and I have not been setup with TYD yet.
I would ask your SA to give you a screen shot of your order and go from there. If you are at V200 (Delivery Date Determined) you are on the way to getting your new car.

From Porsche configurator.
That's the crappiest looking 992 spec I've ever seen!

As detansinn noted, highly dependent on trim. The Targa market is very different than Carrera - don't judge your deal based on what others got for Carreras.

As context, the average car is selling for 2% over MSRP. All cars, not just 911s or high-end cars. That is unprecedented in the US market.

Also to the op…cars available now will have a higher markup than waiting for allocations. 10k is not bad on a targa for immediate delivery. A couple dealerships in the NYC area were trying to get 40k for a march build on a targa…not sure if they were successful or not.

10k above MSRP, Carrera S. There is a red one on the West Coast and they wanted 25k over. Could only get them down to 15k over MSRP. It is still for sale. Ironically, you can buy it, they have it in there possession, but you are not allowed to take delivery for like 45 days. Some Porsche thing they said they are required to "hold" it for a certain amount of time. Not sure how you guys are getting MSRP, Returning customers? Everywhere I checked it has been pretty tough, if you want the car without a long wait. I know I can get MSRP with the put your name on the list method. Go ahead, let the roasting and comments begin. Still happy to get the car shortly rather than months and months.

Porsche Riverside -$25k ADM
Porsche Ontario - $15k ADM
Porsche Newport Beach -$10k ADM
McKenna Porsche -$15k ADM
Circle Porsche -$15k ADM
Porsche Woodland Hills ??
Rusnak Westlake Village -$20k ADM
Porsche Beverly Hills -$20k ADM
Porsche Santa Clarita ??
Rusnak Porsche Pasadena -$10k ADM
Porsche Downtown LA -$10k ADM

This is exactly what I found over a month of searching. Not any better on the east coast, Texas and mid-west.

Here is that exact one in LA that EVERYONE in the entire U.S. is looking at and calling about....sad state
https://finder.porsche.com/us/en-US/details/porsche-911-carrera-s-new-YZQMPV

On top of the large markup it is heavily optioned.

As the actress said to the bishop, timing is everything... when it comes to laying your hands on a Porsche these days.

I would agree. Luckily, I was able to get an allocation in July at MSRP, which was delivered last month. When I picked up my car, the dealership advised that anyone looking to buy now will have a wait of 9-12 months, as the demand far exceeds their allocation. They are still charging MSRP, as they do not believe in charging over MSRP, but for some reason, current supply and demand are not aligned.

Name the dealer, so others may bring them business rather than the ADM folks.

My dealer was Porsche of North Houston. Great experience, first class outfit, charging MSRP.
