That delayed my other demand orders but got on list at Flemington and Main Line in same area with no ADM and no relationship. Just got my allocation for April 15th delivery from Main Line. Those 2 dealers and SA's represent the brand well and are classy reps.

Got that off my chest!
I agree some / most dealers some don't give a sh-t how many cars you have bought in the past, and will still try to work you over. i've been lucky to have one of the dying breed that believe in a LTR. unfortunately i think its becoming the exception and not the rule! carl

In California, I don't know anyone that isn't charging an ADM. They are even charging them on base Macans. If I am wrong and someone can point me to someone that can give a stick allocation on a GTS let me know, but I am not holding my breath that this will happen anytime soon.

Bay Area dealers are asking a little over MSRP.

Wow, a $50,000 surcharge is insane. Who in their right mind would pay it?

Lots of people in the the Bay Area throw around money stupidly...they will find someone that "needs" the car now to pay it.

Porsche of Nashville did an MSRP handshake deal with me. And the day before delivery I asked for a breakdown of the exact dollar amount I needed to bring to delivery, but they still surprised me at delivery with a BS $2000 paint protection and 3-year wiper blade and brake pad replacement dealer add-on which they refused to remove from my final invoice. It was incredibly frustrating, but what was I to do? I had called and left voicemails with my SA every 3 weeks to get some kind of contract in writing, but he never called me back until the day the car came off the truck. He never set me up with TYD, but told me what cargo ship the car was on. Less than ideal experience. But I love my new 992 nevertheless!

I keep repeating this; hopefully it will eventually sink in. Don't concentrate exclusively in the MSRP and discount. The number you need to know, is what is the OUT OF THE DOOR PRICE after every conceivable tax, surcharge, etc. has been added.?

To know you got MSRP or whatever and then they add as you're picking up the car another $2k in fees, documentation, taxes, add-ons etc. is what you need to know day 1 not then.

Just my 2 cents of course

My Ca. dealer does not charge an ADm for local repeat customers. They do charge it for customers out of the market with no buying history. Problem is they are very small dealer with few allotments. They gave me the only allotment they had for a Gt3 Touring at MSRP. Car will be here in April. bought 32 cars from them (some for ex-wives) over the last 25 years. Carl

You would be shocked at the tech nerds in the bay area that will pay dumb prices. I know because I grew up in the lifeless dump of los altos/palo alto

Nov 21 order on a C2 Base, est to dealer 3/4/22 - agreed to buy at MSRP with a central FL dealer. Other FL dealers were asking +$20K for allocations even on a C2 base which I thought was ridiculous. While the car is special to me, it certainly isn't special or limited run like a GT3 where I can see some market adjustment being reasonable (ish). Personally would have walked before paying over MSRP on base or S.

When did you get access to TYD so you can track these changes?

My freeze point is 2/28 and I have not been setup with TYD yet.

I'd email Porsche directly customersupport@porsche.com. Give them your name, porsche ID and commission number and they should send you the TYD invite. I got my allocation last week and waited for my invite. Yesterday I decided to email them asking for one and boom, I got the invite today.
