Default Submitted my 992 GTS Coupe order

Had a deposit since early this year way before the announcement. Got the call and submitted my order. Here’s my spec - only thing I added after the fact is carbon illuminated door sills. $170k msrp. Will be here next year just in time for my 40th birthday. The wait begins. Can’t wait to go through the gears up Angeles Crest.

Congrats! Great spec! Make sure you check out a car w/ white faced tach as that can obscure the numbers since the numbers light up and it becomes white text on white background when car is turned on. Some don't mind that, some do.

thanks. I’ll think about the gauge. Maybe I’ll just leave it standard. Wanted it a little different since the GTS interior package comes with either chalk or red faced tach.

Looks fantastic!! Maybe get the Premium Package with 360 3D surround view and remote park assist? Great technology and could save you stress in city living. And it's just a modest price bump.

first of all - GO BRUINS! Fellow UCLA alum here.

thanks but I don’t use any of that stuff. Manual trans also limits certain features (like ACC)

I would tell you to skip the Power Steering Plus, especially with RAS. at 40 do you need assistance turning the wheel? And FAL, I don't think it is particularly worth it.

But then again, maybe you shouldn't listen to me, I abhor black wheels and would tell you not to get them either.

for the cheap money relatively it’s worth having. FAL is a must in Los Angeles.

While I don't have SPASM, I've never had a problem in my C2.

Great build!

Nice, surprised that you need Preparation for Roof Transport since you got the sun roof.

Do you know exactly what the "Illuminated lateral grills on taillights" is? Anyone have any pictures. Its so cheap, I am thinking I should just check the box, but I might like it better without.

Was added as an abundance of caution that option is probably going to fall off and I will be credited

combination of my driveway, which has some odd entrance/exits on both ends and parking in undergrounds at times has been sketchy. I like it and think it's one of those that would be something a future buyer would value.
