Read an article that homebuyers are backing out of deals at a record level...guess its hitting auto sales as well.

Yes exact same situation. Two times have hit and passed the freeze date only to be returned back to order entered, number one phase with a to be determined status delivery. Frustrating. C4GTS.

Default Slightly Used 992 Carrera 4S

There’s a slightly used gentian blue 992 Carrera 4S available at my local dealer. Has about 2,600 miles. Listed at $173k. Pics and options below. Just trying to help fellow Rennlist members out. Feel free to PM me so I can put you in contact.

I have a c2 gts. Now with the push I think we have to be built after the august break. Does that mean it’s a 23 now? I’ll bug my SA this week.

Interesting situation going on with these last few 22s. My freeze date finally occurred, back on July 4, originally scheduled for July 14. I still have a production begins date of 7/29, but my completion date is 8/26. Almost like they are going to start it before the break and finish it when they return. Dealer arrival currently at 9/30. Those of you with TBD for dealer arrival might be on the fence in regards to getting pushed to a ‘23.

Just received the first photo of the shell in the paint shop. Can't wait to see the completed car!

MSRP + winter wheel package, PPF front, and full ceramic, so roughly 10k. Perhaps they were just caught off guard that someone in MN was dumb enough to actually want a Targa...

Haha! wow still even with those adds it's not bad at all. wonder if they will sell out of state? hahah. Any way to find out. I've been looking for a Targa 4s but can't justify spending 30-40k over MSRP. That's getting into turbo territory without ADM

Maybe we should change the title of this thread to 2023 allocation or merge it with this one: https://rennlist.com/forums/992-gt3-...ariants-2.html

. @Admin should take a look

What about the "poor" saps like me that still think they could see a C4 allocation in 2022?

Ouch! A C4 is the toughest non GT car allocation to get. Hopefully you are at customer demand on several dealers.

I have been acting local my my local dealer, but maybe I should not?
At this point, I really want delivery in April of 2023 anyhow.

You should widen your net or consider a C4S. Easier to get the dealer granted a slot so they can sell it to you. Just my $0.02.
