Zero need for a lift for this. If anything it might make it harder due to the lift arm getting in the way of the install process. I use my floor jack to raise the car and rest it on my ramps. Literally took me 45 minutes from start to finish.
I'm curious to see some pictures from a distance, and from different angles. For example together with the front, so you can see the combination with the front lip (-10mm sport suspension).
Nice install, and great find! I love this kind of retrofit. Great to see how-to pics on threads like these - so helpful!
"To each their own" with regards to modifying their car of course, but this is not a no-brainer aesthetic decision for me. Anyone else feel the same way? I do agree it's a high impact/$ mod as @slc4s mentioned above, but something about this extra tapered plank of black plastic disrupts/detracts from the beautiful contrast between the narrow front and fantastic standard widebody rear of the C2, IMO. The GT3 skirts on a car without 360* ground effects draw my eyes downwards and adds visual weight - not as bad as a hood bug deflector or side window rain deflector would, but similarly? There's also a quotient of "trying too hard" and I'm not exactly sure where this mod falls on that scale. I'd have to see this mod on a C2 in person to make a final assessment, but my instinct is that the svelte looks of the C2 are negatively impacted by this mod. Just my $.02. Cheers!

I had similar concerns, primarily around the visual weight before ordering these. In certain angles, its a valid point. But overall in person, its just a more aggressive look. An alternative to the sport design skirt, and they go well with the matte black front lip.
I'm going to see how these grow on me, so far I think I like them.
A++ I'm going to forgo any additional skirt options from the factory and go this route! I can def see it being a little aggressive for your lux/daily cruiser look.
F**K I ordered the vanilla 992 sideskirts after I got my car, had them painted and spent like $1500 in total. Now I see this?? I was considering doing them in matte black anyway so getting them that way and just popping them on for $160/each would be a steal. And mean I wasted a lot of money...
Don’t fret man, while I didn’t spend that much, I think it’s worth $$ to color match.

this on a scale of 1-10 is a 2 in difficulty

Copy all...nice use then of my SAFE JACK setup I got this summer then. If Suncoast would only ship to me!

Sounds like enough space to get to everything. Were the side 3 bolts/screws at the end easily accessible also or did anyone have to remove wheels to get this done?

Lovely....car looks subtly better and badazz with these on. Great and easy mod! Thanks for sharing.
looks great, it seems to emphasize the rear hips more. I have the sport design side skirts on mine and if i ever decide to upgrade, i'd probably do the full techart kit.

Directly and easily accessible. Definitely no need to remove the wheels.
