Default $10,000 Market Adjustment

Stopped in the local Porsche dealership and spotted this sticker on the 2021 992.

Considering that used 2020s are going for at, or near, sticker. Sounds fair.

Why not? If you increase the amount of currency in the economy (especially when the additional currency is made out of thin air) then real goods cost more when measured by the new, less-valuable currency. Have you tried to buy a steak lately? It might be a good idea to rob your local liquor store on the way to the meat market.

Maybe the most easily predicted economic consequence. 2 fish, 2 people each with 2 dollars and the same savings rate. That's it, no other people, goods or money. Double their money. What happens to the price of fish?

Two people eat their fish each and keep their 2 dollars? What?

Hint: The fish doesn't go on sale. *

Has anyone experienced receiving an ADM on an ordered vehicle after agreeing to a price? I place an order in early March at MSRP but considering this situation is happening nationwide just wondering if any dealerships have added an ADM at delivery? Thanks

If you have a build sheet with your name, commission number and the agreed price on it, I view that as binding unless model years / MSRP changes due to availability.

Thanks, and yes I have all of that, but considering the disclaimer at the bottom of the build sheet stating the “final price is set by the dealership” I’m starting to think they may try to add an ADM once the car arrives in the next couple of weeks. I certainly hope not. That’s why I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this.
