Default ACC and Occupant Seat Belt Failure/warning

I have a 2020 9114S that has 4500 miles on it. I have repeatedly had a warning come on that the ACC is not operating and simultaneously the Occupant Seat Belt Warning and alarm comes on. On most occasions the warnings reset and go off after the car has set for 48 hours. They then come on again randomly while driving. The dealer serviced the car and updated the software week ago and indicated the issue was resolved. Not so, it is happening again. Is anyone familiar with this issue and any ideas how to resolve.

Thanks\

I get the passenger occupant seat warning a lot. It seems to pick up my iphone resting on the seat. Some days it picks it up. Other days it doesnt.

My seat belts, both driver and passenger side, throw random warnings.

My ACC goes off at the same time, notified the dealer again. I will let you know if they find anything, thanks.

Do you know how to turn it off? A setting, perhaps?

I dont think you can turn off the occupant in seat warning. So I just move my phone. If that doesn't work, I slap the **** out of my seat to get it to shut up. That seems to work.
