What tires did your 992 come with?

Burning Brakes
Mine also came with the Pirelli's and I **HATE** Pirelli. But that said, I have been very pleasantly surprised by how good they have been (only 5K miles so far) but they corner very well which is what I care about the most. I am still looking forward to switching over to Michelin in the future however.

P-zeros here. Seem OK, maybe Michelins will be a bit quieter, who knows. What I will say is they stood up really well to some hard laps around PECLA.

Goodyear F1s. The rears should be worn out by mid-summer and I'm surprising myself by writing I am considering just replacing the rears and getting full wear out of the fronts rather than replacing all 4 with PS4s. I expected the tires to suck. They don't. They stick well and break away predictably, they're wearing evenly, I have a PERFECT balance on them and they are even relatively quiet.

P-Zeros and pleasantly surprised - not sure what the hate is for. I'll switch to Michelin once they're worn.
Are PS4S available yet in proper size?

No 305 rear fitment yet... they are due that’s for sure, probably end up mm difference to the 315s some have tried, but if you want the N rating as I do (warranty, insurance blah blah) then it’s sit on your hands and wait time.

Goodyear F1s on my 2021 Carrera S. They seem fine, but I've only put couple hundred miles on them so far. Reasonably quiet. I'll stick with them until they wear, then figure out whether go to Michelins or stay with the F1s. No sense of replacing before they wear out, why would anyone do that? Unless you run track days how often does anyone on the street get to take their tires to their max cornering/adhesion anyways? They ain't cheap......

Porsche makes a big deal out of testing all sorts of tyres for each model, working with tyre manufacturers and choosing ones that fit the car. It's not in their interest to deliver cars to customers with awful tyres. Why would one expect any of the choices to downright "suck"? Some tyres are slightly better in some areas than others or suit your preferences more, but none of them should be bad.
