Strongly suggest you join your local PCA chapter and other car clubs. Every chapter is different so experience may vary. Joining now before you buy a car is a great way to get to know the different variants and learn from their owners. You'll also likely make a number of new friends of like mind. I joined PCA and other sports car clubs 20 years ago and it's been a great experience.

+1 and expanding on this, if you join before getting your car you can still find out about and join PCA social events and maybe attend a HPDE or Autocross ground-school session. That way you can learn the basics and meet some people prior to having your car.

take a peek at the calendars for drivers education and social events. See if anything looks fun to you!

Heck, if you are free Sunday, join right away!

Thanks for doubling up on my question. Unfortunately I have about 2 hour drive on motorway to home/shop from dealership on pick up day. Been talking to friends and I’ve decided to PPF my future T. Found a really cool wrapper near me. Just met him and he gave me leftover film to temporarily cover front end for my drive back. I know some folks flatbed directly to PPF shop, but I don’t trust Jersey towers, ha. I guess better than not having anything returning.

Ah yes, I remember your car. Nice rims. Different than mine so we are both 1 of 1 at the moment. LOL. Did your car come with the door decals? Mine has them, which is also how I ordered it. I'm also adding the PORSCHE over the top motorsport stripe in matching gray. Interior is the Lizard T, base spec.

I expect to lay eyes on the car in person tomorrow, so more pics then.

Haha. Depending on how specific we want to get with options, I think a lot of us will be one of one!

I watched a doc on Porsche manufacturing and it was stated that identical 911 specs are only repeated twice per year.

The steering column wrapped with dev stitching was extra, right? I have the same base lizard t interior but I added racetex headliner, racetex visors, and racetex steering wheel / shift boot.

Yes, the column was an upcharge.

I will try, when I will get the car back.
I only had two drives in the car, coming from delivery - only listened to the radio, wouldn't say it was worth the premium and driving 2.5 hrs to get the PPF - the engine sounded soooo good, that I turned off the audio unit.

Form the limited time I had inside, I can say that there are two USB-C ports in the center console. And, of course, apple carplay. I think we don't have Sirius in Europe. Apple carplay works wireless and in an instant. Good integration!
